They watched the vehicle cross the center yellow line, as well as the fog line, violating ORS 811.370 Failure to Drive Within Lane. ![]() RECKLESS ENDANGERING DUII RECKLESS DRIVING - On June 26, 2022, around 12:05 AM, deputies were on patrol in the area of Arnold Avenue and Highway 99, in Adair Village, when they observed a white Toyota Tacoma driving southbound on Highway 99. The vehicle window was pried out and property was stolen from the car. A resident reported that her vehicle had been broken into and her cell phone was stolen. THEFT 2 FROM VEHICLE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 1 - On Sunday, June 26, 2022, at approximately 10:00 AM, deputies were dispatched to investigate an unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle in the 400 block of S 5th St, Monroe. He arranged his own tow company to remove his vehicle due to damages His passenger side tires dropped off the edge of the shoulder and he crashed into a set of mailboxes. A driver was westbound on Hwy 20 when he swerved to avoid a squirrel. The vehicle window was pried out and the property was stolen from the car.ĪCCIDENT VEHICLE NO INJ - On June 26, 2022, at about 10:42 am, deputies were dispatched to a single-vehicle traffic crash on Hwy 20 near MP 5. A female reported her vehicle had been broken into. ![]() THEFT 2 FROM VEHICLE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 3 - On Sunday, June 26, 2022, at around 2:15 PM, deputies investigated an unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle at the Oak Creek trailhead, 8699 NW Oak Creek Drive. Four vehicles had to be towed from Irish Bend Park due to the damage. He was transported to the Junction City Police Department where he provided a breath sample. They arrested Scott Kenneth Brooks, 34, of Junction City, for DUII, Reckless Endangering (x3) and Criminal Mischief I (圆). RECKLESS ENDANGERING CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 1 DUII - On June 26, 2022, at about 6:00 p.m., deputies responded to Irish Bend Park for a report of a hit and run. Deputies cited Pearce and released him to the Benton County Jail until he could sober up. Pearce consented to a breath test and urine test as well as a DRE evaluation. Deputies later arrested Pearce for DUII and Driving While Suspended Misdemeanor. One caller reported that Pearce may have crashed into the dumpsters at the end of 3rd Street in his motorhome. Chadwick was issued a citation in lieu of custody and released.ĭUII DWS MIS - On Monday, June 27, 2022, at approximately 4:45 A.M., deputies were called to the trailer park at 200 Northwest 53rd Street after other residents reported that Jeffrey Alan Pearce, 44, had returned to the park in his motorhome. During the course of the stop, it was determined the passenger, Mary J Chadwick, 31, had an active cite and release warrant for Failure to Appear on a criminal citation out of Albany Municipal Court. The vehicle pulled over on SW McKenzie Avenue. WARRANT ARREST - On Monday, June 27, 2022, at approximately 10:45 AM, deputies observed a gray sedan driving outside of its lane on SE 3rd St, Corvallis.
